In 2022, Naut joined BLIJLES while still working as a tutor and department manager at another tutoring company. Looking to expand his student base, he found an inspiring environment at BLIJLES where he could continue to grow.
In 2023, he decided to focus entirely on BLIJLES and became Manager of External Affairs. As manager, he handles everything outside of direct tutoring: from sponsorship and marketing to quality management. His versatility and proactive approach ensure that these processes run smoothly.
He still gives online tutoring sessions from time to time, which perfectly complements his PPLE studies in Amsterdam, which he has nearly completed. The freedom and opportunities at BLIJLES have helped him take his skills to the next level. From leading meetings to drafting and implementing action plans, he has demonstrated how he can turn challenges into results.
With the ambition to earn a second bachelor’s degree in law after completing his bachelor’s in Politics, Psychology, Law, and Economics (PPLE), he looks to the future with confidence. But it’s not all about work and study. Naut enjoys skiing, reading, and regularly spends time at the gym. We are incredibly happy with his attention to detail, ability to bring people together, and positive energy. Naut brings both calm and dynamism to our team—a perfect mix!
